RESUMO
Introdução: O presente artigo discorre acerca do papel da atuação farmacêutica na atenção de normas e regulamentações de drogarias e farmácias, o que reflete na gama de suas atribuições e de suma importância para as boas práticas, qualidade, segurança e padronização segundo os órgãos de fiscalização e vigilância sanitária. Objetivo: Abordar as vantagens da atuação farmacêutica sobre as normas e regulamentações para o adequado funcionamento de drogarias e farmácias. Como objetivos específicos visa: descrever as funções exercidas pela vigilância sanitária e ANVISA; pesquisar as normas e regulamentações de farmácias e drogarias e abordar o papel da intervenção farmacêutica para o funcionamento de drogarias e farmácias. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa integrativa, apresentando características de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa. Resultados: A intervenção farmacêutica é ampla e essencial não somente para atender aos clientes, mas para a assistência de farmácias e drogarias pelo vasto conhecimento de boas práticas e normativas legais. Conclusão: A Resolução n. 44/2009 e RDC 418/2020 favoreceram a maximização da prática farmacêutica não apenas sob a ótica de um mero balconista com formação superior e sim um profissional com fundamental importância para assumir novos papéis no estabelecimento perante à assistência em saúde.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: This article discusses the role of pharmaceutical intervention in complying with drugstore and pharmacy standards and regulations, which is reflected in the range of its attributions and of utmost importance for good practices, quality, safety and standardization according to health inspection and surveillance agencies. Objective: To address the advantages of pharmaceutical intervention over standards and regulations for the proper operation of drugstore and pharmacies. The specific objectives are: to describe the functions performed by health surveillance and ANVISA; to research the standards and regulations of drugstore and pharmacy; and to address the role of pharmaceutical intervention for the operation of drugstore and pharmacies. Method: This is an integrative research, presenting characteristics of a bibliographic, exploratory and qualitative research. Results: Pharmaceutical intervention is broad and essential not only to serve customers, but also to assist pharmacies and drugstores due to the vast knowledge of good practices and legal regulations. Conclusion: Resolution no. 44/2009 and RDC 418/2020 favored the maximization of pharmaceutical practice not only from the perspective of a mere clerk with higher education, but also as a professional with fundamental importance to assume new roles in the establishment regarding health care.
