RESUMO Neste Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso, será abordada a violência psicológica e patrimonial contra a mulher no âmbito das relações domésticas, com ênfase em sua identificação, consequências e na forma como tais práticas têm sido enfrentadas sob a ótica jurídica. O objetivo principal é analisar como a Lei Maria da Penha (Lei n.º 11.340/2006) vem sendo aplicada nesses casos, especialmente diante dos desafios enfrentados pelas vítimas na busca por reconhecimento e proteção efetiva. A escolha do tema justifica-se pela necessidade de ampliar o conhecimento social e jurídico sobre essas formas de violência, muitas vezes invisibilizadas, mas profundamente marcadas por uma estrutura histórica de opressão e desigualdade de gênero, sustentada pelo patriarcado. Ao discutir a aplicação da lei e suas limitações práticas, pretende-se contribuir para o fortalecimento de mecanismos de prevenção, conscientização e enfrentamento da violência doméstica contra a mulher. ABSTRACT This Final Course Work will address psychological and patrimonial violence against women in domestic relationships, with an emphasis on its identification, consequences and how such practices have been addressed from a legal perspective. The main objective is to analyze how the Maria da Penha Law (Law No. 11,340/2006) has been applied in these cases, especially in view of the challenges faced by victims in seeking recognition and effective protection. The choice of the theme is justified by the need to expand social and legal knowledge about these forms of violence, which are often invisible but deeply marked by a historical structure of oppression and gender inequality, sustained by patriarchy. By discussing the application of the law and its practical limitations, the aim is to contribute to the strengthening of mechanisms for preventing, raising awareness and addressing domestic violence against women.
